It's a tricky situation because a lot of meds/creams you can't use when you’re pregnant but I definitely understand your concerns. I suggest calling the Doctor that diagnosed you with it and ask him why you’re not being given anything for treatment and what you read as far as it causing miscarriage/etc. Your doctor is supposed to be there to voice any concerns you may have so don't hesitate to call him. He gets paid good to make sure your questions are answered! Best of luck to you!

Take Lots of acidophilus/probiotics or eat Unsweetened Plain Yogurt – but it’s usually used as prevention, not a cure. BV doesn't usually go away without taking antibiotics. If the smell is foul, you should see a doctor. If it's musky, that's normal. Different types of infections: Signs of yeast infections: White, cottage cheese-like discharge Swelling and pain around the vulva Intense itching Signs of bacterial vaginosis: A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge A fishy odor that’s strongest after sex or after washing with soap Itching or burning Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva Signs of trichomoniasis A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge An unpleasant odor Pain and itching when urinating Most apparent after your period
