Tips to Try Now, How to Cure Vaginal Odor

As women we’ve a lot more to deal with in terms of body issue than men. Men might argue this point, but they’ve never had a child nor have they ever suffered with the’ssue of unpleasant vaginal odors. Most women have had to deal with this at some point and for many of us it is an ongoing problem that we just cannot seem to find a solution to. If you’re wondering how to cure vaginal odor, there are a few things you can do at home today that will mask the smell and leave you feeling a bit more comfortable with your body.

One of the most effective and easy things to do when it comes to how to cure vaginal odor is to change the type of underwear you’re wearing. There are a couple of things to consider when you’re purchasing panties. First and most importantly they need to fit. If you’re buying constricting underwear in the hope that it’ll give you a better shape under a dress or jeans, do not do it. Tight panties can irritate the delicate tissues in the area and make the problem worse. Also pay close attention to the fabrics you choose. Cotton should be the one and only choice you make when you’re trying to combat the’ssue of fishy feminine odors.

You should read the next few paragraphs with care, the case and the options have more than a few different versions. Using panty liners can actually make a huge difference as well. When it comes to how to cure vaginal odor consider that some of the odor is likely stemming from discharge coming in contact with your underwear. When you wear a panty liner you’re creating a barrier, and the liner works to absorb the moisture and also the odor. I have found that the unscented variety work best. Often, when the discharge comes in contact with the scented liners it creates a very pungent odor that’s even more noticeable and unpleasant. The liners are relatively inexpensive and can be used throughout the day and night. You can even purchase liners that fit perfectly in thong panties.

Bacterial and fungal infections are often caused by douching, i.e. Washing the inside of your vagina. So, if you’re doing that, stop! A woman's natural discharge prevents bacteria from growing there. By cleaning your discharge away you would be creating an environment in which bacteria can thrive not a good idea. Any irritation will make your body produce extra discharge in an attempt to clear the problem. You shouldn't wash this discharge away (except maybe any that comes to the outside). Doing that’s like picking at a scab. It’ll stop you healing. Only wash yourself externally; never internally!

Maybe you should visit a drugstore or a cvs/walgreens type store & pick up a bottle of some feminine wash by summers eve. Its a wash specifically for the vagina area and it doesnt harm it but keeps it feeling/smelling clean & refreshed..also dont wear panties that are too tight or too small, it traps bacteria and could be harmful to ur health in the long run..cotton undies are always good, allowing the vagina to breathe..if ur problem gets worse, you could always just visit a GYN doctor.
